If damaged, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, so please check items once delivered. If item is broken, please supply photos of the box it came in, and the product broken. Claims will be dealt on a 1-to-1 basis.
Please allow candle to burn for at least 3 hours for a full melt pool. Do Not "power burn" (leave your candle for hours to burn). Keep away from children and pets. Do not leave unattended while lit.
